Although I take a comprehensive approach to total health by considering how all areas of our life are connected, our physical health plays a pivotal role in managing the other areas.

The foundation to better health and aging is built around nutrition and fitness.  This leads to good cellular health, maintaining a healthy weight and reducing risk factors of premature aging.

Therefore, much of the information and solutions I offer on this site will center around the foods we eat and our physical activity.
